Love Hope Strength is looking for a few passionate ROADIES to help us save lives… one concert at a time. By joining our team of ROADIES, you will help save lives by registering people to become marrow donors at your favorite concert, festival or community event.
Show us that you’ve got what it takes and you could become a ROCKSTAR!!!

A “ROADIE”
Who is a ROADIE:
- Volunteered for a minimum of 10 hours (typically 2 events)
- Understands the bone marrow drive and transplant processes
- Is familiar with the history and mission of LHS
Perks of the gig:
- Will receive a free Live at Red Rocks CD
- Will receive a discounted LHS T shirt and cuff.

A “ROCKSTAR”
Who is a ROCKSTAR:
- Volunteer for a minimum of 40 hours (typically 10 events or about 1 event per month)
- Volunteer for 1 non-music event (like a community event)
- Is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the bone marrow drive and transplant processes
- Is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the history and mission of LHS and DKMS
- Actively locates potential drives
- Actively recruits other volunteers
- Plan and host at least 1 LHS drive
- Is on time for all events, late arrivals will not be counted towards Rockstar status.
- Raises more than $200 in fundraising efforts
- Is an all around “ROCKSTAR”!
Perks of the gig:
- Will receive a pro deal card from participating sponsors and supporters like Smith Optics.
- Gets first choice to volunteer for events and concerts.
- Listed on the Love Hope Strength Website as a Rockstar with bio and photo
- ROCKSTAR business cards
- $25 gift certificate to the Love Hope Strength Store
- A free pair of LHS Crocs
Interested in becoming a ROCKSTAR! Rockstar status is based upon one calendar year of service beginning January 1st – December 31st each year. Meet the requirements above and contact us once you have made your Rockstar status.

A “ONE HIT WONDER”
Who is a ONE HIT WONDER:
- Has not volunteered or done any fundraising in the last calendar year.
Perks of the gig:
- Being compared to the likes of Chumbawumba, Billy Ray Cyrus, and Rockwell

ROADIE & ROCKSTAR GUIDELINES
- All volunteers must supply your own transportation to the event.
- All volunteers must arrive on time (usually 2-3 hours before the concert begins).
- All volunteers must be able to stay, and work, for the entire concert volunteering is not a way to get a free concert tickets. Duties will be determined by the foundation.
- All volunteers must wear a plain black t-shirt or Love Hope Strength t-shirt. T-shirts are available at a discounted price. Please inquire.
- No alcohol may be consumed while volunteering, no exceptions.
- Love Hope Strength reserves the right to ask that a volunteer leave the premise for any reason.
- All volunteers understand that they are a representative of Love Hope Strength and must abide by all rules and regulations outlined by the host venues and other concert venues while supporting the foundation.
- Volunteers will be asked to be personable, perform set up and break down of tent, load and unload vehicles, and promote the bone marrow registration initiative. Heavy lifting may be required.
- All events are rain or shine unless otherwise specified
- All information obtained during a bone marrow drive is strictly confidential. Volunteers must agree to abide by all confidentiality regulations outlined by the relative marrow registry. This includes any information obtained via bone marrow registration applications, foundation raffles and mailing lists.
*Obstruction of these confidentiality guidelines can result in legal filings.
