Thank you for your interest in supporting the Love Hope Strength Foundation in your community. As a member of the Army against cancer you have the ability to raise funds and spread awareness in your area. To host an Army Event that will be listed on the Love Hope Strength website, please complete this form. All ideas are reviewed within one week and you will be contacted by a member of our team. If you wish to purchase materials for your event, please see the list of items below.

By completing this form you agree to the following terms.
1. Your event is NOT a joint venture, partnership, or similar relationship between the LHSF and the Event Organizing Group, or any members of the Event Organizing Group. Anyone wishing to enter into such an agreement with the LHSF, to include branding an event or item as Love Hope Strength®, must enter into formal agreement by contacting our director at 720.379.7013. All events with the Love Hope Strength brand included in any materials must be approved in writing.

2. Once approved and during the term of the event, LHSF grants the Event Organizing Group a limited, non-exclusive right to use the “Benefiting Love Hope Strength Foundation®” logo in promotional materials related to the fundraising event. LHSF reserves the right to refuse the use of the LHSF name or marks at any time. All materials must clearly state that the event is “benefiting” LHSF.

3. The Event Organizing Group assures that all expenses for the proposed fundraiser will be paid by funds of the Event Organizing Group. Furthermore, if any donations for the event are being utilized to offset expenses, then checks, credit cards, or money orders MUST be payable to the Event Organizing Group and will not be considered tax-deductible unless the Event Organizing Group is a non-profit 501(c)3.

4. LHSF, its directors and employees shall not be held liable for any claims, loss, damage, injury, liability, costs and expenses of whatsoever kind or nature caused by, arising out of, or occurring in connection with, any act or omission to act by the Event Organizing Group in connection with the described event. LHSF insurance will not cover any event held by the Event Organizing Group nor will LHSF be listed as a co-insured on any coexisting event.

5. LHSF is not responsible for the marketing or design of your event and can not supply materials, graphic design, sponsors or staff.
